522 North Pinckney Cocktail

- 2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/4 cup Campari
- 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine
Combine the grapefruit juice, St-Germain and Campari in a pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours. Fill glasses with the mixture and top off with sparkling wine.
